In the year we've been using ARSIS, there has been no need to contact ARSIS for technical support. The HELP files give you all the answers you need in running the program. We checked out several different programs available for Auto Repair Shops before choosing ARSIS. I feel we made the best choice. The program comes complete, from starting repair orders, to accounting, to designing and sending out maintenance reminders. It does it all and does it easily.
